Shredded and marinated beef birria, hand rolled into a corn tortilla. We cook to order and smother in a smokey chili de arbol sauce. Chihuahua cheese is melted over the sauced enchiladas and after we top with pickled red onions and a sprinkling of queso fresco. Served alongside a side of fluffy seasoned rice and house made refried beans.
